The team that gave us ‘Omunye‘ is back with another hit – “Another SAMA, another killa”. This track had me crazy from the moment I heard it, way before the official music video.
For the first time, Afro did a music video that relates to the lyrics of the song and executed it quite well, without being too literal. Many fans, including myself, are loving this video, as it is a huge upgrade from the disappointment of the ‘Omunye’ music video and the fact that it features many young talents is another plus.
Shot by Star Films, the video has dope visuals of the beautiful city of Durban, displaying it’s deep locations. Nothing else is new though, classic Qgom music video, with the dancers all dressed in white and minimal effort on the choreography – I was also waiting for that massive group Vohso.
The video also features the “notorious” Zodwa Wabantu, who has quite abit of fabric on her body this time. Can you believe it? And although she doesn’t do much or rather there is no focus on her, she in still a major part. I mean it’s still a whole Zodwa! #KhanyiHasBeenReplaced.
Anyway, I don’t know about you but my bags are already packed. Asambeni!
